I. The documents required from your Country

1. Criminal records check reply
2. Certificate of Working Experience(at least 3~5 years)
3. Certificate of University Graduation
4. Certificate of Family Relationship(moving to Vietnam with family members)

(All above mentioned documents must be notarized and stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and legalized by Vietnamese consulate in your country)

II. The documents required in Vietnam

1. Health Certificate (only accepted with big hospital)
2. Employment Certificate
3. Photos – 3 x 4cm
4. Certificate of Temporary residence registration:
• Work Permit issuing time: 35 days after submitting document.
• Temporary Residence Card issuing time: 10 Days after submitting document.
• The effective time for Working Permit and Temporary Residence Card is 2 years, after that the employee shall extend it for one year more.
