1. In case the Investor is owned by the Parent Company:
– Bank account balance of the Parent Company
– Audited financial statement of the Parent Company in recent 2 years
– Certificate of Business registration of the Parent Company
– Passport of Parent Company Director
– Passport of the Legal Representative
– Information Requirement

2. In case of Private Investor:
– Bank account balance of the Parent Company
– Passport

NOTES:
– All above mentioned documents must be notarized and stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Investor’s country and legalized by Vietnamese consulate in Investor’s country.
